Triple P Positive Parenting Program
Parenthood can be extremely rewarding, enlightening and enjoyable. It can also be demanding, frustrating and exhausting. Parents have the important role of raising the next generation, and Triple P aims to make parenting easier.
Triple P is a Positive Parenting Program that promotes good communication and strong relationships between parents and children. It doesn’t tell you how to be a parent, but toolbox of ideas.
In our Group Triple P, there are a series of 4 weekly, two-hour long sessions followed by 3 weeks of telephone/face-to-face support and finished off with a final 2 hours’ wrap-up session. Participants will learn to apply the various Triple P strategies in a broad range of challenging parenting situations they encounter (both now and future). We may have a field trip to Telus Spark with your child and family.
